Returns & Replacements

American Reshoring Initiative Inc (ARI) stands behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 10 days of purchase. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return or exchange purchases from American Reshoring Initiative Inc by going to our returns link at the footer of the website and filling out the returns form. You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges. Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to the ARI Returns Department, it will be returned at your expense.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. ARI is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

Include a copy of your proof of purchase. (print your receipt from your email). Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Products may come with different pricing based on certain criteria such as if you are a vendor, online customer or other designation during or before making and online purchase. Prices are as displayed on the product page and through the website unless otherwise noted or agreed upon prior to an online transaction. Promotions are at the sole discretion of American Reshoring Initiative and no guarantees are made as to when promotions occur.

If you purchased your product as a registered member you will have access to all your account information including order history.

As a registered member of this website you will be able to update your account information by logging on with your username and password you provided while registering.
